About Tender
Tender is a UK charity working to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through
education. Delivering programmes to 20,000 to 30,000 young people each year, the
organisation uses creative arts to teach healthy relationships, supported by a team of staff
and freelancers across England. We sat down with Tender’s Chief Operating Officer, Trupti
Reddy to understand how Salesforce and Hyphen8 had made an impact on their charities

Tender’s work is vitally important. By helping people understand what healthy relationships look like, they are working towards a future where no one has to experience domestic violence or sexual abuse.
As Tender grew, managing fundraising, programme delivery, and reporting became increasingly
complex. The organisation needed a more structured and scalable system to support its growth, improve efficiency, and enable teams to access the information they needed quickly and easily.
