The evolution of the Evolve team
Our Evolve Support Team at Hyphen8 has grown massively over the last 2 years. From supporting 34 clients in 2019, to a predicted 100 by the end of 2022, we are delighted to have helped so many fantastic organisations.
To keep up with this rapid growth, and to ensure the team continues to offer the same level of support, the Evolve team has also expanded from 4 heads to 10 in the last 12 months. With that we have also restructured and introduced 4 new roles:
Head of Evolve Responsible for Team Management & coordination
Lead Solutions Consultant Available to advise and guide other team members through more technically complex cases and offer proactive support
Customer Success Manager Offers proactive Account Management services to all Evolve Clients
Salesforce Technical Lead Provides the most up to date knowledge on Salesforce solutions and products and ensures that all Salesforce development undertaken by the team is in line with best practice
These 4 roles sit alongside a team of 6 Solution Consultants. Combined the team offer a wide range of knowledge and certifications within Salesforce and affiliated products.
