The Digital Revolution Awards recognise and celebrate the organisations and individuals that drive innovation and transformation in the digital landscape. The awards showcase the best in digital technology and design, and highlight the trends and developments that are shaping the future of the industry.
We were excited to even have been nominated for this award alongside some huge international names and we were delighted to have picked up a gong on the night.
Our team are at the heart of everything we do. That's why we place such a strong emphasis on creating a positive and supportive work environment, where our employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to do their best work. Hyphen8 are one of the only female-led Salesforce partners in the UK, and we are proud to have a 50:50 gender split and a majority-female leadership team. Staff nominate up to 3 colleagues for our quarterly STAR awards, recognising when others have gone above and beyond to help their team-mates or the non-profits that we support. Winners are rewarded with vouchers and are showered with kudos from their team-mates!
Nurturing development is a constant process for all Hyphen8 staff. We encourage all through Personal Development Planning to push themselves to learn more about subjects that interest them. Staff can take quarterly study days to maximise their success, with 82% of days claimed every quarter. Staff receive additional bonuses for mastering specific Salesforce certifications. We’ve introduced new internal mentoring opportunities and hold regular “Bootcamps” to share knowledge across the team.
“Don’t forget to have fun!” is at the heart of everything we do. We have a monthly online social, a Book Club and other groups available. We meet up regularly, celebrating our 10-year anniversary with an all-hands trip to Center Parcs and various other social events such as escape rooms, crazy golf and days/nights out!
