The Challenge 

Bild relied on a bespoke data system alongside multiple disconnected applications, leading to inefficiencies and a lack of visibility. Their membership and subscriptions process was vulnerable to misuse, as applicants could cancel access without payment.

The Workplace Training team managed a complex sales and training process using spreadsheets, Trello boards, and email, requiring heavy manual input and creating risks due to reliance on individual team members. Without real-time reporting, tracking data and making informed decisions was difficult. The system was inflexible and couldn’t adapt to Bild’s evolving needs.
