Thursday 28th October | 4pm - 5pm

Importance of User Testing webinar

We are excited to bring you the third in our series of Service Design webinars.

In this webinar, we will be focussing on all things relating to User Testing. We will be looking at everything from the preparation that goes into a successful User Testing session, the different methods and tools that you can use, all the way through to the analysis and reporting of your findings.

User testing is one of the most valuable methods that can help you get the information you need to improve the usability of your online forms, website and systems. It can save you time and money and improve your users’ experience of interacting with your product. We look at what user testing is, why it’s useful, who to involve, how to do it and how to analyse and present the findings.

What to expect

Tips and resources

We will share some useful tips and resources that you can use to make sure you get the best results from your testing and gather some fascinating insights. We’ll look at different tools and methods to help you identify the most appropriate approach. We’ll also talk about how to get the most out of testing, how to avoid researcher bias and how to make sure participants are put at ease.

Web accessibility is a vital component of design to ensure your web/tablet/mobile applications are accessible for users who have disabilities such as hearing problems, motor or cognitive impairments. Usability and accessibility tests will help you to discover how easy it is for these users to make use of your application and to feed back into improving the design and interface.
